Cancellation Policy

CG KESHARI Test Series offers subscription-based digital services. Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled.

Subscriptions once activated are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated due to technical issues

        Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
        to the original payment method.
